Fund Manager

David has 30 years' experience in Financial Markets. He joined Sunline in 2025, managing approximately US$400M as of December 2025. His current focus is on monetizing the AI revolution—identifying winners and losers across the technology value chain, with emphasis on companies best positioned to address critical AI infrastructure bottlenecks.
David launched his first fund in December 2018. Prior to fund management, he spent 20+ years on trading floors at Citi and Goldman Sachs. At Citi Singapore, he served as Head of Capital Markets and Managing Director for Citi Private Bank Asia (2012–2017). At Goldman Sachs New York (2007–2009), he was Head of Macro Structuring & Strategy, leading a quantitative team focused on Rates & FX strategy. At Citi Hong Kong (2003–2007), he was Head of USD Rates and Structuring. At Salomon Brothers/Citi London (1997–2003), he was a Director in Structuring & Trading of Structured Notes and MTNs.
David holds a Grande École Diploma (equivalent to MBA) from ESSEC Business School, Paris.
