ESG Officer

Weina began her career in London as a sustainability consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising corporates on environmental and social risks. She later returned to Asia to deepen her work in sustainable development, joining a Singapore-based NGO where she led research on impact investing and social enterprise growth.
Her fieldwork in Myanmar, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, and Peru shaped her practical, impact-focused approach to ESG, grounded in the realities faced by social purpose organisations. Since 2016, Weina has supported Sunline Wealth Management’s clients with philanthropic strategies aligned with long-term sustainability goals. She now serves as ESG Officer, helping integrate environmental, social, and governance factors into investment practices in response to rising expectations from regulators, global fund managers and clients. She also leads Sunline’s philanthropic foundation, which supports high-impact social purpose organisations in Southeast Asia on their path to financial and impact sustainability.
Weina holds a BSc in Economics and Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Environmental Management from Oxford University. She is a CFA Certificate holder in ESG Investing and is fluent in English, French, and Mandarin.
