Jean-Philippe began on the Capital Markets Sales desk of Calyon in Beijing, advising institutional clients on fixed-income products, before moving to Societe Generale in London on the "Cross-Asset Solutions" structured-products desk. He then relocated to Singapore with Societe Generale Private Banking, advising private clients on investments, and went on to found Sunline Wealth Management, an external asset manager serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals. A graduate of the University of London, he holds an MSc from the London School of Economics — China in a Comparative Perspective, with Distinction. He is Swiss.

Benoît Coens

A lawyer by training, Benoît began his career at the Antwerp Bar in Belgium and was appointed Maître de Conférences at the University of Louvain, and developed deep expertise in listed holding companies. He joined Apricus Finance — the former adviser to the Concorde Partners SICAV — in 2005, before moving to Sunline's fund-management team as founding contributor to the Leaders' Portfolios sub-fund, which focuses on holding companies. He is a graduate of the University of Brussels (VUB) and holds a master's degree from McGill University in Montreal. He holds Belgian and Swiss nationalities.

Maxime Klatten

Maxime started his career at Societe Generale Private Banking in derivatives sales in Luxembourg, then joined its Global Wealth Management team in Singapore as a relationship manager and associate director. He went on to Swiss-Asia Financial Services as Vice-President before joining Sunline in 2012 to help establish the firm. Over more than fourteen years in investment management he has built experience across derivatives and structured products as well as equities, bonds and foreign exchange. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Buckingham, England, and is French and German.

Michelle Bai

Michelle has over twelve years of experience in the fund-management industry. Before joining Sunline she spent seven years as a Senior Analyst with Atlantis Investment Management, conducting research and generating stock ideas for the Atlantis Asian Fund, and earlier held roles at Swiss Asia Financial Services and SHC Capital Asia specialising in Asia ex-Japan equities. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London and is a CFA charterholder. She is Singaporean.

David Cukierman

David Cukierman

Fund Manager

David has thirty years' experience in financial markets and joined Sunline in 2025, managing roughly US$400M with a focus on monetising the AI revolution — identifying winners across the technology value chain and the companies best placed to ease critical AI-infrastructure bottlenecks. He launched his first fund in 2018 after more than twenty years on the trading floors of Citi and Goldman Sachs, including Head of Capital Markets and Managing Director for Citi Private Bank Asia in Singapore, alongside senior structuring and rates roles in New York, Hong Kong and London. He holds a Grande École diploma from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Frédéric Philippot

Frédéric joined Sunline after completing an MSc in Finance at the National University of Singapore, specialising in investment finance. He previously earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in management from Solvay Brussels School in Belgium. During his studies, he gained experience as an M&A Analyst within the transaction team at ING Corporate Finance in Belgium. At Sunline, Frédéric manages client portfolios and co-manages the Leaders' Portfolios sub-fund, an equity strategy focused on listed holding companies. He is Belgian.

Adrien Blavier

Adrien brings twenty-five years in derivatives and alternative asset management. He joined Sunline in 2022 to run absolute-return mandates and the Quadratus Fund, which he had previously seeded at Gordian Capital Singapore in 2017. Earlier he led business development at Galena Asset Management (Trafigura Group) and ran cross-asset derivatives sales for France and Benelux at Banco Santander, Barclays Capital and Bear Stearns, where he was a Managing Director, having begun in equity-derivatives research at Exane in Paris and New York. He holds an MSc in Finance from HEC Paris and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder. He is French.

Stephen Co

Stephen Co

Senior Relationship Manager

Stephen has more than twenty-five years of banking experience, beginning at DBS and Republic National Bank of New York and continuing at Rabobank and Societe Generale. As Senior Relationship Manager he draws on those long-standing networks to look after client relationships and to coordinate their needs seamlessly across Sunline's investment, operations and compliance teams. He is a graduate of the Wharton Business School and is Singaporean.

Geraldine Ong

Head of Compliance

Geraldine has over ten years in the wealth-management industry. She began her career at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and first joined Sunline within Operations before expanding into Compliance, where she now safeguards the firm's regulatory standards. She graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management, a double major in Finance and Management, and holds an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance together with the CISI Investment Operations Certificate. She is Singaporean.

ESG Officer

Weina began her career in London as a sustainability consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, then returned to Asia to lead research on impact investing and social-enterprise growth at a Singapore-based NGO, with fieldwork across Myanmar, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand and Peru. Since 2016 she has guided Sunline's clients on philanthropic strategy and now serves as ESG Officer, integrating ESG factors into the firm's investments and leading its philanthropic foundation. She holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Environmental Management from Oxford, is a CFA ESG Investing certificate holder, and is fluent in English, French and Mandarin.

Dorothy Toh

Operations Officer

Dorothy brings twenty-three years of banking experience in accounting and operations, gained at HSBC Trustee, Swiss Bank and Societe Generale. As Operations Officer she manages Sunline's day-to-day operations and account administration, keeping settlement, custody and reporting running smoothly for clients. She holds the LCCI Higher Accounting qualification and a Certificate in Business Studies in Accounting. She is Singaporean.

Operations Manager

Cheng Siong has spent more than a decade in back-office roles across fund administration, asset management and venture capital. At Sunline he supports NAV, cash and reporting operations, helping keep the firm's day-to-day processing accurate and on schedule. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London. He is Singaporean.

Joan is an executive assistant with more than twenty years of experience, having supported senior management across the manufacturing and relocation industries. At Sunline she provides executive and administrative support to the leadership team and helps keep the firm's day-to-day coordination running smoothly. She is Singaporean.
